« a new dawn »

"Should you find yourself in a chronically leaking boat, energy devoted to changing vessels is likely to be more productive than energy devoted to patching leaks."

Warren Buffett has always driven inspiration in our work culture. As I was finishing a business development conversation with mentor and business coach Keith Cunningham (keystothevault.com) last week he abruptly reminded me of this as we were speaking of choices, integrity and growth.

Keith said, "What would Warren Buffett do, KC"?

A quick reminder. A quick gut check.

One more quote and I'm out for the night.

"It's better to hang out with people better than you. Pick out associates whose behavior is better than yours and you'll drift in that direction."
