The market could shed another 15 percent this year. It's a fact. Americans must live within their means, save for their futures and... evaluate the choices we all make in personal and business arenas.

Not scarcity; just reality. Be smart, but don't be a bear. Smart bulls win right now. Note to self. Opportunities will come quickly as in any down market. Just make sure you are committed. And you should look to your spirit and your skills before the market.

Here's what we see.

The stimulus got passed. Obama has a plan. Whether you agree socially or politically, we now have to our support to make this plan help everybody. We have a plan,  now let's see what it can do.

Let's deal with the housing crisis and consider the plans for UAW and lenders. If we could just keep doing this, little by little, we're going to get through the bulk of this financial crisis in 2009. The worst is upon us.

Business partners should consider trimming fat, finding lost dollars, consider new revenue enterprises and search for tax reductions. This is the time to be smart, quick and lean.

Credit is loosening. Believe it or not.

Don't fear opportunity, change or diversity. Remember your job as entrepreneur is to drive income and reduce overheads. 

I wish all the Republicans and the Democrats would shut up. Seriously. Like the media needs more fodder to depress us? Let America live as opposed to treating us like media sheep.

I voted to abstain from media again this weekend. Sans "The Daily Show" and reruns of "Chappelle Show", of course!

Be positive and don't be a sheep. I slept through the last recession. No kidding. Probably not this time, but hey maybe we'll just on vacation to Mexico.

The stimulus got passed. Let's get on board together now. Let's all be in one boat versus having one foot in one boat, another foot in another boat...   (enter Warren Buffett again).
